A Wedding Keepsake Blog
Marriages and other celebrations of marital partnerships are always testaments to the world. They render and solidify the intimate union based on love, devotion and care for one another. When couples take their vows to the aisle to pledge their unequivocal love for each other, they seal the bond that is supposed to bind them till death does them apart. Moreover, weddings and other anniversaries to celebrate unions of marriage couples, or to renew vows are times that we call family and friends to celebrate the joys together; times to have fun and establish lasting relations and bonds.
It was back in 2006 when I met James in a restaurant, I never thought that he would be the awesome guy who would eventually be part of my life. We met several times after that, and it all dawned to me that I wanted to spend my life with him. Every single moment that we shared made me to love and appreciate him more. He was unique in describing life issues and had a great personality. He was and his still a very ambitious person and I yearn every moment that I’ve ever shred with him. After several meeting, I was certain that my courtship had started. This went on for the next two years, a time ducting which I got to even love him more.
The day I got engage to him was the day that I felt the need to create a website where I could detail all our special moments together. The engagement was a very lovely and special occasion in my life. We had just arrived from watching a movie and were having dinner when he went down to his knees and proposed to me. It was a real surprise, though he had planned for it carefully. I shed tears of joy as I said yes, and later that night I collected most of the picture of the engagement and started my keepsake blog.
Walking Down the Aisle and the Honeymoon
After that candle-light dinner proposal, it was time for prepare for the wedding which was of course forth coming. Each particular detail of the wedding was to be update on my blog. I wanted my friends and family to see what I was doing as well as I needed their contributions in terms of the changes that I needed to implement.
I received awesome proposal of how to make the wedding a grand one through the keepsake blog. There are some that I accepted and incorporated them into my plans and others that I just disregarded. By the time that the wedding was nearing, most of my friends knew about it.
Actually, there are a couple of customized wedding invitation letter that I just sent through the website to my online followers. They already knew the wedding and had been a big part of my success in preparation for it.
During the wedding day, all went well as planned. Most of my friends showed up; some I just met them online as they had become regular followers of my blog. I was showered with a lot of gifts and they showed me support through that day. I ensured that I most of them were captured on camera so that I could post the pictures online as a remembrance of big wedding day.
Afterwards we went on a honeymoon in the Caribbean. Here too we had great moments and there was no way that I could leave this bit out without posting it online in my blog. Throughout this period, my keepsake blog contributed a big role in not only keeping me on toes in my preparations, but bringing together family and friends to share with me the lovely moments that I will always live to treasure.
